Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FAXTA. These terms govern your access to and use of the FAXTA platform.
By downloading, installing, or using the FAXTA application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use FAXTA.
FAXTA is a business management tool intended for lawful business use. You agree not to use FAXTA for any illegal purpose, to misrepresent your identity or business, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@faxtabusinessapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
FAXTA offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (Pro at ₦4,999/month or Business at ₦14,999/month). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge.
You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into FAXTA. We do not claim any rights over your products, sales records, or customer information. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
All content, design, code, and branding within FAXTA are the intellectual property of FAXTA Business App. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
FAXTA is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of FAXTA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
